19:30 until late!:

Cost of the whole weekend will be £50 per person across the board.
This includes your Food and Entertainment on both nights, wine on Saturday Reunion Night, plus your transport on Saturday!.

We hope you agree that this is a great programme;
It has been heavily discounted for us, and therefore reasonably priced. However,.. as always, we are open to your suggestions.
Some members have suggested inviting our old adversaries from the Army and RAF to next years reunion, but your commitee feel that this must be your decision.
Please therefore kindly respond with your votes, as to whether this invitation should be extended or not ?.

Bryn Meadows is offering 5 discounted Standard Rooms at £105 per night for 2 adults + breakfast and use of leisure facilities,
+ 5 upgraded suites, as above, with either Golf Course Views, Patios or Balconies, at £125 per night.
£25 per person, per night deposits will be required on booking.
Telephone Number 01495-225590, (choose telephone option number 4) and please quote booking reference : GA000439.

As always we will do our best to secure the best Hotel deals for your stay.
In addition to Bryn Meadows, there is also the Premier Inn on Corbetts Lane, Caerphilly.
Several members stayed at this hotel on our last visit. The current price for a double room, for the two nights is £148.
We are currently trying to secure a deal with them, but again, need definite numbers of members attending.

There is also a Travelodge, at 1 Beddau Way, Caerphilly, where cheaper prices can be secured.
Karen will also be providing details of other suitable accomodation. I will be compiling lists for all the events, so please email me on secretary@rn-rmeba.co.uk asap. Deposits will also be very welcome, and received by our Treasurer Barney Barnett. Everything so far is steaming ahead at a Rapid Pace, with lots going on behind the scenes.
Karen is currently working tirelessly to make next years reunion a superb event. In return, we too have to assist her by keeping things flowing.

At this stage the number of people attending is very much a priority in order to secure Hotel Rooms and book Transport.
I'm sure you'll all agree, 'there's nothing worse than trying to piece things together at the last minute'.
Please  help us to help you.
I look forward to hearing from you all. Paul
